The inspiration behind the Midnight Lamp cabinet is an antique petromax oil lamp.
This cabinet stands confident as an art installation and demands to be a center piece in any room it enters.
While its modern shape, sporting almost futuristic motifs on its tri-colour surface remind us of the king-piece from a chess board, its muse was a modest lamp, covered in fingerprints of bygones, calling in memories of midnight oil burning to tell tales till the small hours of 19th century nights.
Its red, black and white are classic signatures of timelessness while the circular pattern on its body adds a look which is almost electronic and eclectic.

This cabinet sports two section each with its own double doors. Both open to reveal internal shelving.
An early hand-sketch of a cabinet inspired by an antique petromax oil lamp.

Also available in Natural Finish.
The striking red, black and white color combination is apt for this Japanese style accent piece. However, for those who prefer a more understated look, we can also make this in Walnut with a clear finish.
