Shipping Policy

1. We currently offer shipping only within India.
2. Once your order has been received, we will send you a confirmation email.
3. It will take our artisans and craftsmen upto 8 weeks to create your unique piece of art and ship it to you. Once it has been dispatched from our workshop, you will recieve an email from us with shipping details and an estimated delivery date.
4. As all of our products are built-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
5. We have strict quality control in our premises, ensuring the highest quality of cratfmanship and materials for all our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective component or there are damages incurred transit, you can get in touch with us and we will find the best way to resolve your issue. Please note that we only accept replacement requests within the first twenty four hours of receiving the item, and that the claim must be accompanied by photographs or video-graphic evidence of the damage.

Please note that the final artwork on your product may vary slightly from the images on this website. Considering the handmade nature of our products, this is expected. This does not constitute a defect in the artwork or the product as a whole.
