Terms of Service for Hedao

A. GENERAL NOTICE

  1. HEDAO INSTALLATIONS LLP is a legal entity registered in Mumbai, India under Indian Law.
  2. HEDAO INSTALLATIONS LLP markets products under the ‘Hedao’ trademark worldwide.
  3. All ‘Hedao’ designs, products and related materials are the intellectual property of HEDAO INSTALLATIONS LLP.
  4. The term ‘customer’ refers to any private individual, corporate entity, or registered company engaging in transactions with HEDAO INSTALLATIONS LLP.
  5. The ‘order’ is to be understood as a legal transaction regarding the acquisition of the product by the customer.
  6. The ‘date of purchase ‘ is defined as the date HEDAO INSTALLATIONS LLP receives the payment from the customer.
  7. HEDAO INSTALLATIONS LLP reserves the right to refuse service at its own discretion.
  8. HEDAO INSTALLATIONSI LLP modifies these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The customer agrees to the terms that are in effect on the date of purchase.

B. HANDMADE PRODUCTS EXHIBIT INHERENT VARIATIONS

  1. HEDAO INSTALLATIONS LLP products are handcrafted, making each piece unique. Slight variations and imperfections are inherent to the handmade nature of our products.
  2. Material and finishes including those with natural variations like wood or metal are considered part of the product’s unique beauty. HEDAO INSTALLATIONS LLP does not guarantee exact matches in finishes or against natural processes like fading and oxidisation.
  3. Products with brass elements require regular care and may exhibit natural discrepancies due to the material characteristics.
  4. Original artwork / paintings / illustrations, are hand-painted on many of our products. The final product may differ from photographs shown on the website or elsewhere, in terms of style or colour distribution.

C. DAMAGE CLAIMS

  1. Upon delivery, customers should inspect packaging and products for damage.
  2. Claims for any discrepancies must be submitted to HEDAO INSTALLATIONS LLP Customer Care within 7 days of receipt.

D. ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

  1. Full payment is required before production can begin.
  2. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
  3. Any modifications required must be communicated in writing within two days of order placement.

E. FORCE MAJURE

HEDAO INSTALLATIONS LLP is not liable for delays or failures in fulfilment due to circumstance beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes or government actions.

F. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY / CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

The customer agrees not to replicate or use HEDAO INSTALLATIONS LLP products for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

G. RETURNS

  1. We accept returns only in cases where damage has occurred during transit or due to defects in manufacturing.
  2. Returns are possible only for unused items in their original packaging.
  3. Items designated as ‘Final Sale’ or custom-made can not be returned.
  4. Return requests must be submitted within one week of delivery.
  5. For return inquiries, please contact us at ——————, mentioning your order number.

H. REFUNDS

  1. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods in new conditions
  2. Refunds exclude shipping and handling costs and are processed within 15 working days.

I. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. Orders cut-off times and estimated delivery dates are guidelines and do not account for delays caused by payment authorization or customs clearance.
  2. One dispatched , orders cannot be redirected.
  3. Products purchased under promotional offers or discounts are not eligible for exchange.
